Biography

Josh Foster brings over two decades of dedicated soccer coaching experience across the youth, competitive club, and high school levels. Before transitioning to the sidelines, Coach Foster played collegiate varsity soccer at St. John Fisher University, anchoring a deep personal understanding of what it takes to compete at the next level. Outside of soccer, Josh is a New York State certified science teacher with 17 years of classroom experience. This unique combination of high-level playing experience and academic pedagogy allows Coach Foster to blend sports science with effective youth communication, helping athletes thrive both on and off the pitch.

Coaching Philosophy

Every training session under Coach Foster focuses heavily on individual player development. Recognizing that every athlete possesses unique strengths and areas for growth, the mission is to systematically improve weaknesses while empowering players to take true ownership of their own development. Through structured learning and earned success, Coach Foster creates a competitive yet supportive environment where players build technical mastery, tactical intelligence, and a lifelong love for the game.
