Players invited to this program will compete in the Rochester City Soccer league as the next step in player development. They will be proficient in the training method and implement it in a competitive game situation.

U7–U9 - 1:00–1:50 PM
4 x 10-minute quarters
5v5 or 7v7 depending on numbers
 
U10–U14 - 2:00–2:50 PM
2 x 20-minute halves
7v7 or 9v9 depending on numbers
