Ambassador Team Program 2026
Ages: 7-9 & 10-14

Players invited to this program will compete in the Rochester City Soccer league as the next step in player development. They will be proficient in the training method and implement it in a competitive game situation.
 
Game Day Structure: 
30-minute practice before games
Two 25-minute halves
Referee provided
Team jersey provided
